You can add additional procedures to the surgery based on your desired end result. Common choices are Brazilian Butt Lift (using fat from the liposuction to combine surgeries and decrease costs), a thigh or arm lift to remove loose skin or labiaplasty or vaginal rejuvination for your genitals.

What does the surgery involve?
A mommy makeover is performed under general anesthesia and typically takes 4-6 hours, but can vary in length depending on the selected procedures. After the surgery you will be admitted for 2-4 nights with further follow-ups after your discharge to monitor healing and remove stitches.
During the tummy tuck portion, the surgeon makes a horizontal incision along the lower abdomen, removes excess skin and tightens the underlying muscles. If you have given birth with a c-section, the low-placed tummy tuck incision can often incorporate and remove the original C-section scar.
Your breast surgery may focus on lifting sagging breast but you can also improve the shape with breast implants of fat transfer. If necessary, the procedure also involves repositiong or reducing the nipple size for more aesthetic and balanced results.
Your liposuction will target specific areas using VASER or tumescent liposuction to sculpt and contour your waist, arms or thighs. The grafted fat can be used to boost volume of your buttocks (BBL) and breasts which has benefits over using regular silicone implants.

A mommy makeover requires more recovery time than a single procedure, so plan your Thailand stay accordingly. Here is a realistic day-by-day overview.
Days 1-2: Arrival and consultation. Arrive in Bangkok and settle in. Most patients schedule their in-person surgical consultation on Day 2. You will have already submitted photos and discussed your goals with the surgeon virtually through Konkai Health before arriving. The surgeon performs a physical examination, confirms the surgical plan, and you complete pre-operative bloodwork, EKG, and chest X-ray.
Day 3: Surgery day. The procedure takes 4-6 hours under general anesthesia. You will wake up in a recovery room with compression garments, drains (if placed), and pain management in place.
Days 4-6: Hospital stay. Most mommy makeover patients stay 2-4 nights in the hospital. Nurses assist with wound care, medication, and gentle walking to promote circulation. Your surgeon will check on you every day while you are admitted in the hospital.
Days 7-14: Hotel recovery. After discharge, you will move to your chosen hotel to continue recovering there. Light walking is encouraged, but no heavy lifting, bending, or strenuous activity. You will return to the hospital for follow-up appointments, drain removal, and stitch checks.
Days 14-21: Extended recovery. Most patients feel well enough for light activities and sightseeing by the end of week two. Your surgeon will do a final check-up and clear you for the flight home.
Total recommended stay: 2-3 weeks in Thailand. This gives enough time for essential follow-up appointments and ensures you are comfortable for the flight home. Some patients choose to extend their stay, though it is important consider that activities like swimming are discouraged post-surgery as your wounds are prone to infections. I had the consultation, clearly a femeral head collapse and needing the hip joint replacement. The beauty was in a half day full consultation, x-ray, ekg, blood work, chest exam ... everything needed to proceed with surgery was done.
This was so professionally and efficiently done, all questions answered, no consultants, no referrals etc., all in house, all guided around the hospital. A friendly caring class act. So I then came back to Konkai to setup for the operation, with the same orthopedic team led by Dr. Peerapong that made the assessment. I returned 2 weeks later, admitted, had the replacement operation stayed 5 days with the hospital team, and quite frankly, it was a privilege to be in their care.
Now after 10 days recovery in Bangkok i am ready to return home.
