Konkai Health did a tremendous job for me, and I want to share my experience with them. They were very professional from the start and very patient. I always research my hospitals, so when they gave me a list, I checked the hospitals out and they really gave me top hospitals for the types of services I needed. In addition, I needed to get some special work that was not in any of the packages and the got me great prices through one of the top hospitals to get all of the work done.

The best thing was that all of my questions and concerns were addressed by them. I wanted detailed billing acknowledgement from the hospital and they got this including finding out which type of medicines were available for my surgery. I can't say enough for their work and attention to detail. They sent me a very organized set of emails with all of my appointments including the information and requirements from the hospital. I'm also in another country, so all of this was done digitally with them. They always answer queries quickly and they're very responsive.

Very good care and expert health professionals

I needed followup appointments from my Bangkok hospital annual physical 6 months earlier. And found Jurn at Konkai Health to help me set up all my appointments. As I also I wanted to talk to doctors concerning a weight loss program on Mounjaro along with TRT treatment. And of course wanted to know how much all this was going to cost me.

Jurn did an amazing job of setting up all my appointments with 4 doctors in 4 clinics in one days visit. Then advised me how to get the testing I needed in the same appointment and what each of the appointments and tests would cost!! He even sent me a written walk through from when I arrived, through each of the appointments. If I had attempted setting this up myself I might have gotten half of this accomplished - might have!

So I highly recommend Konkai Health and Jurn! I understand he also covers many other hospitals and clinics as well. He has the right service attitude and will make your visit to the hospital in Bangkok more productive and far less stressful.

Was assisted by Chanida Wattanachai and she was absolutely fast and detailed with her responses. I was very well informed of everything and she made me feel really comfortable in trusting her with arranging my Rhinoplasty surgery.

My experience at Yanhee International Hospital was a great and enjoyable experience.

The staff was awesome. They were very pleasant and helpful. Whenever I had to use the call button for any reason, they were there within a matter of seconds.

The doctor and his nurse came in to visit me a couple of times which made me feel very comfortable and gave me reassurance.

The Konkai staff, Pam and Nelly, made feel good about going with this hospital. They made sure the communication was always up to par and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, my experience with this hospital and the staff was impeccable, and I would recommend this hospital to anyone that asks for their surgical needs.

Pam at Konkai organised a vasectomy reversal for us at Praram 9 hospital.

Pam was extremely responsive and had all the knowledge with the questions we had about the procedure and recovery etc.

Pam van Wissen, was my representative. She was fantastic. She helped me in every way to find the best hospital for my hip replacement. She included all information with hospital name and doctors name so I could see their reviews. She even set up an appointment for me to see the surgeon. I could not have asked for better service or received better service. 5 Stars is not enough for her performance in this matter. Please I highly recommend them. Saved me a lot of time.

Pam and Konkai Health were absolute rock stars in helping us find a fantastic surgeon for my boyfriend's hip replacement in Thailand. We had previously paid for a service to help us find a doctor and it was just throwing money away. The paid service was slow to respond and only offered us quotes for the most expensive hospitals.

Pam on the other hand was a completely free service and was always quick to reply, patient with all of our questions, and presented a variety of options in our price range. She made the entire process of finding a doctor, setting up video conferences, and scheduling the surgery extremely easy. She continued to help us even after the surgery had taken place with follow up visits and final questions we had before traveling back home. We cannot recommend her highly enough!!! The service has been great facilitating and making arrangements for my procedure. They are very quick with responses and answering questions.

Many thanks to Konkai. After an online inquiry Konkai guided me to Praram9 orthopedic for a consultation on a hip injury.  I had the consultation, clearly a femeral head collapse and needing the hip joint replacement.  The beauty was in a half day full consultation, x-ray, ekg, blood work, chest exam ... everything needed to proceed with surgery was done.  

This was so professionally and efficiently done, all questions answered, no consultants, no referrals etc., all in house, all guided around the hospital.  A friendly caring class act. So I then came back to Konkai to setup for the operation, with the same orthopedic team led by Dr. Peerapong that made the assessment.  I returned 2 weeks later, admitted, had the replacement operation stayed 5 days with the hospital team, and quite frankly, it was a privilege to be in their care.  

Now after 10 days recovery in Bangkok i am ready to return home. Why Thailand, well in my country New Zealand, you get passed around to specialists, consultants, it all takes time, does not engender trust, and i think the profit motive is primary like the American system.  Further, there are less facilities so more waiting for slots. Thailand has a care culture, and the expertise and professionalism with Konkai and Praram9 is superb.  They have top quality facilities and capacity to fit your schedule.  

If i ever need any major surgery, this will be my first stop.  Thanks again

Outstanding. The most safe, amazing communication these past couple of months with Pam from Konkai health. I asked soooo many questions there must be around 80+ emails from me and every single one has been replied in full. Even now 2 weeks after surgery. Super professional, and the surgeon Dr Thawatchai Boonpadhanapong, at Yanhee Hospital that Pam recommended to me for a breast implant removal, were just incredible. No money deposits asked for…just pure care.

The service and systems at Yanhee were out the gate. I am so glad I travelled all that way and didn’t do it in New Zealand as I don’t think it would’ve been as good haha. I was so looked after by the amazing nurses, anaesthetist, Dr Thawatchai and my interpreter Mr Wing. It’s overwhelming looking for the right fit and if it wasn’t for Konkai Health and Pam I wouldn’t be feeling as happy as I am now 2 weeks after my surgery. I cannot thank you enough for what feels like a life transformation :)

I am recommended by one of my friends in Bangkok that eye surgery at LASIK hospital is excellently and exceptionally done. With his recommendation, I approached Konkai who were quick to respond to my questions and give appointment date.

Hi. I've suffered with osteoarthritis in my left hip for the last 17 years. As the pain became unbearable in the last year, I looked into getting a hip replacement, either privately or through the UK NHS.

So my Thai wife and I looked into getting private treatment in Bangkok. We saw private consultants at the two most prestigious hospitals in Bangkok during the last 6 months and were disappointed by their high costs, at least 600,000 Thai baht, around £14,000 per hospital.

Going the UK route also proved to be very expensive (£12,000 or more) or at least 1.5 years wait for the op. This would also entail at least 3 trips to the UK from Thailand (where I currently reside) and 3 months of recovery.On returning to Thailand last May, I again looked on the internet for a more reasonable price for the operation and came across the 'Konkai Health' web site and entered all my details. I was surprised and delighted to be recommended Praram 9 Hospital, who offered a highly reasonable hip replacement package of 319,000 for the op. This included 5 days stay in the hospital in a private suite (where my wife also started at no extra cost). A thorough medical, including x-rays, heart ecg. blood and urine samples, etc.Less than a week after the Orthopedics consultation I was admitted to the hospital. The operation went without any problems and I received physiotherapy the next 5 days as I learnt to walk again. The medical care was exemplary and the nursing staff couldn't be faulted. I'm so pleased to be finally pain free and now look forward to bringing up my 4 year old niece in Thailand and taking her to Disneyland, water parks etc.

I would highly recommend 'Konkai Health' who organised all the procedures at no cost to myself.

I traveled to Thailand from America for a surgery in November and I had no clue where to start or who to talk to about reputable surgeons in the area. I stumbled across Konkai Health and decided to reach out to them. After a short wait for a response Pam reached out to me and immediately started answering all my questions.

For my particular surgery she recommended Yanhee Hospital out of Bangkok. Once I had my ticket/hotel booked Pam was able to schedule me for my consultation and then surgery the next day. Surgery went well and Pam did a great job keeping up with my progress and making sure I was well taken care of.

I am back home now and healing up but I cannot recommend Pam and Konkai Health enough for any and all hospital needs in Thailand. 10/10 👍🏾
