BHT provides the full range of cardiac services: diagnostic imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cardiac rehabilitation, and preventive cardiology. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency cardiac intervention with a door-to-balloon time under 30 minutes for acute heart attacks.
A key capability is TAVI/TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation/Replacement) performed in the hospital's hybrid operating room. This OR combines surgical technology with the Flex Move Heart Navigator imaging system, allowing 360-degree table rotation and high-resolution real-time imaging during procedures. The hospital also runs an active ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) program and hosts an ELSO-endorsed ECMO training course that has been running since 2016.

In 2008, it received JCI Clinical Care Program Certification (CCPC) for both acute coronary syndrome and heart failure, with recertification in 2011 and 2014.
