1. About Our Service

Konkai Health ("we", "us", "our") operates an online appointment booking service that helps international patients request appointments at partner hospitals and clinics in Thailand. Our website is www.konkai.health.

Important: Konkai Health is a referral and coordination service. We are not a medical provider, hospital, or clinic. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

2. How the Service Works

1. You select a hospital or clinic and submit an appointment request through our booking form.

2. You verify your email address to confirm the request.

3. Our team reviews your request and forwards it to the hospital.

4. The hospital reviews and confirms (or declines) the appointment based on their availability.

5. We notify you of the hospital's response.

3. No Guarantee of Availability

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Hospital availability, doctor schedules, and other factors may affect whether your requested appointment can be arranged. The hospital makes the final decision on appointment scheduling.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your appointment request
• Provide a valid passport copy as required by Thai hospitals for international patient registration
• Verify your email address to confirm your appointment request
• Respond to communications from Konkai Health and the hospital in a timely manner

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By submitting the booking form, you explicitly consent to Konkai Health sharing your personal information (including passport copy) with the hospital or clinic you selected for the purpose of arranging your appointment.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment request at any time using the management link sent to your email. Cancellations are processed immediately.

We do not charge any fees for our service, so no refunds apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Konkai Health facilitates communication between you and the hospital. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of medical care provided by any hospital or clinic
• Medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment decisions
• Hospital/clinic policies, fees, or billing practices
• Appointment scheduling decisions made by the hospital or clinic
• Delays or cancellations initiated by the hospital clinic

Our liability is limited to the referral and coordination service we provide.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.konkai.health, including text, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Konkai Health and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
